Basic Beliefs
- God is the designer, creator, and ruler of the universe. God exists eternally in three distinct persons (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) each of whom is fully and equally God. It is God’s desire to have a loving relationship with all people.

Jesus Christ is the Son of God and is equal with God the Father. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, willingly gave His life, and arose from the grave in order that anyone may receive forgiveness of their sins if they will receive His free gift of salvation.

Jesus Christ is the one true Savior of the world, and is the only way to heaven. There is no salvation apart from personal faith in Jesus Christ as Lord.

- The Holy Spirit of God is equal with God the Father and God the Son. He indwells all believers and gives them spiritual gifts in order to serve in the body of Christ [church].

- The Holy Spirit empowers all believers to live the Christian life. He serves as a counselor and guide in spiritual truth, and reveals to the unsaved their need for a relationship with Christ.

Man is created in the image of God and is the supreme object of God’s creation. However, man is marred by an attitude of disobedience called “sin” which separates man from God.

The Bible is the complete, inspired, word of God that is without error. The Bible reveals God’s purpose and character, and is the supreme source of Christian belief and living.

The church is the Body of Christ, over which Jesus Christ is head. The body of Christ is made up of those who have truly received Christ as their Savior by faith. The local church is the tangible expression of the body of Christ in a particular location. The purpose of the church is to make Christ known to the lost, to make disciples, and glorify God on earth.
